Whether for a large team of people, right down to one-on-one training, our courses are always bespoke to your organisation’s vision, values and target market. The skills of the learners are also assessed prior to the training to ensure that the content is delivered at the right level and pace.

Our training sessions are based on that wise old Chinese proverb, “Tell me and I’ll forget; show me and I may remember; involve me and I’ll understand”. Therefore our sessions are engaging and interactive and where Wi-Fi allows, involve live demonstrations and workshops for the students to really get their teeth into.

We can even offer our unique talent incubation service, Harvey & Hugo Homegrown, where learners can get hands on experience with us by being fully immersed in our office for a few days. Now, they may come out of this a little bit crazy having spent time with The Pack, but on the plus side they will have had plenty of time involved in day-to-day work.

Where possible we like to work on live projects for you, so not only are your team developing new skills, but they are already working on your PR and marketing projects. For example, if you have some news you’re eager to share, we can train in the press release process by working on your release. Everyone loves a bit of added value!

After-training support is provided, so you can call our team of Prefects to ask any questions you have. We can also set targets for teams to achieve and carry out regular reviews. In the fast-paced world of social media, a lot of things change even just over a period of 6 months, so we recommend booking regular refresher courses.
